We need more information about this issue:

1, Is your IDE Visual Studio 2005 or 2008 or other?
2, the detail steps that generate this issue, please!

As far as I know, there is an internal known issue about the DataSet desiner on Oracle Stored Procedure. It happened on Visual Studio 2005 with Windows 2000 Professional.
